All rates are quoted in Thai baht. Applicable to single and double occupancy and inclusive of breakfast (good for two persons only), 10% service charge and VAT. No charge for children under 12 years old and staying with parents without an additional bed. Child under 3 years of age is free ofcharge for breakfast, but child 4 to 12 years of age will be charged 200 baht.

Compulsory dinner during Christmas eve (24th of December) and New years eve (31st of December)

For Adults: 1,500 per person
Children between 4-12 years old-: 1,000 Baht.
Children between 3 years old or less: free of charge

Check in time: 01:00 pm

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. RESERVATION PROCEDURE

All reservations can be made to our reservation office or through fax and e-mail and will be subjected to room availability at the time of booking.

2. DEPOSIT POLICY

In Peak, High & Low season, the resort reserves the right to request to Travel agents / Tour operators / guests to pay 50% deposit of the total amount fifteen (15) days prior to guest’s arrival.

3. RESERVATION LIST / CUT-OFF PERIOD

A complete rooming list must be received by the resort at least 15 days prior to group’s scheduled arrival and must include flight information and meal requirements if any. All other rooms blocked will be released accordingly. The resort reserves the right to release all other rooms if the rooming list with the relevant information is not received by the above-specified date.

4. CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND NO SHOW POLICY

The guests should notify the resort by email, fax or call of any cancellations or any changes in their reservations.
For Peak Season during December 20 to January 15, cancellations/ changes less than 30 days prior to guest’s arrival – 3-night accommodation fee will be charged.
Cancellations /changes less than 15 days prior to guest’s arrival. No refund
NO SHOW: No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking.
The resort has the right to make the room available for other bookings.
For High and Low Season, cancellations less than 14 days prior to guest’s arrival – 2-night accommodation fee will be charged.
Cancellations / changes less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival – No refund.
EARLY CHECK OUT: No refund.

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Resort requires Full payment for all confirmed bookings and to be settled seven (7) days prior to guests’ arrival. Payment in full can be made in cash, telegraphic transfer of bank draft. Please find bank information of the resort below for your convenience.
