Koh Ngai, also known as Koh Hai, is located 13 kilometers away from the south of  Koh Lanta. It is one of the Koh Lanta group of islands that makes up the Koh Lanta National Marine Park. A small, triangular island, less than 5 square kilometers in size, Koh Ngai has a forested interior and offers white sandy beaches alongside clear water and good corals which encircles the entire island making it a perfect place for snorkeling.

Koh Ngai is a secluded island and accessible only by boat. It is about twenty minutes by speed boat from Pakmeng Pier located in Trang Province which is the nearest pier to the resort or from Saladan Pier on Koh Lanta , Krabi. It takes an hour and half by ferry and fifty minutes approximately by speed boat.  The most convenient transportation is getting to Pakmeng Pier in Trang. Route 1:
Take Highway No. 4 (Bangkok-Chumphon) to Highway No. 41 (Surat Thani-Thung Song- Huai Yot-Trang). Total distance is 828 kilometers.

Route 2:
Highway No. 4 (Bangkok-Chumphon) to Ranong-Phang-Nga-Krabi-Trang. Total distance is 1,020 kilometers.


By Train

From Bangkok: Rapid and express trains depart from Bangkok’s Hua Lamphong Railway Station to Trang daily at 5.05 p.m. and 6.20 p.m. taking 15 hours for the 870-kilometer journey. For more information, please visit www.railway.co.th


By Bus

By Air

Currently, flight connection to Trang is made through Don Muang Airport by Nok Air, the no-frills airline, which operates 4 flights daily from Bangkok to Trang (08.25 hrs) and from Trang to Bangkok. For more information please visit www.nokair.com and www.airasia.com.
